low cal pizza (486 cal for the whole thing)
i know thats sounds like a lot of calories, but one slice of regular greasy pizza is 256 calories! a whole pizza is less calories than two slices or regular pizza.
annnnd here are the directions i wrote in word

cauliflower pizza crust (recipe included in post) 302 cal
17 cal pizza sauce (recipe below)
3 (or less) babybell cheese circle things (im not good with words, you know what i mean) 150 cal, 50 for one
cauliflower crust recipe
ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
2 large eggs
1 tbsp italian seasoning (optional)
salt and pepper (optional)
prep:
1) put cut cauliflower head in food processor/blender until it is finely ground
2) microwave the cauliflower bits loosely covered for 4 - 5 mins or until soft. let it cool.
3) use a clean dish towel to drain cauliflower completely, get as much water out as possible
4) transfer cauliflower bits to a clean bowl and mix in the other ingredients
5) spread mixture on a baking pan. make sure to spray it with non stick stuff, or coat the pan with butter or oil before!
6) bake 10 - 15 mins, or until golden.
tomato sauce recipe
ingredients:
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
4 teaspoons tomato paste
prep:
just mix it all until its blended well? lol
when crust AND sauce is made, spread sauce over pizza crust (3 tbsps of sauce is a serving, 17 cal, but i prefer extremely saucy pizza so i added 6)
then cut up your cheese into thin slices and spread them over the pizza. not too thin! but enough to be generous to the whole pizza, it’ll be more cheese once melted.
bake until cheese is melted.
and add any HEALTHY toppings you want! my favorite is grilled chicken strips plus loads of mushrooms, totally worth the extra calories
